UAMS Fayetteville – Parking Deck Renovation Phase 2

Restocon was approached by UAMS to perform deck coating, expansion joints and plumbing repairs. This is the second phase on this project, we performed the first phase, roughly 1/3 of the deck in late 2023 which included, deck coating and expansion joint repairs. After initial design was completed by the hired EOR, Restocon was contacted by Clark Construction (General Contractor under contract with UAMS) to formally bid the project and provide a schedule for completion. After review from the GC, Restocon was hired by Clark Construction due to our schedule and prior performance of the project. Restocon was able to complete project in time and under budget. The issue with the University was that it be completed prior to end of year. With the weather and area of the country that this project was located, it created a slight problem but with their allowance of our work schedule and assistance to help get this completed on time, we were able to give the client exactly what they wanted and provide the product and standards that have set us apart for years.
