Patten House at Gamble plantation, Ellenton, Fl

As you can see from the gallery below, the Patten House at Gamble Plantation in Ellenton, Florida, was in desperate need of some TLC. Age and neglect left it unsightly, and it was time to freshen it up. This structure is on-site at the Gamble Plantation Historic State Park.

Restocon was brought in for the wood and paint restoration project for the State of Florida. It was a smaller project but we are very proud to do our part to restore and maintain Florida’s history. Ron Alanis and his crew did a fantastic job, the park ranger and DEP were very pleased with the work performed and could not say enough about how great it was working with Restocon!
