Garage repairs

Greystar contacted Restocon for a full renovation and deck coating project of their garage interior and exterior. We were provided with construction drawings that referenced concrete repairs, deck coating repairs and installations, cleaning and coating of steel members, as well as repainting the entire interior and exterior of the garage. The garage was located in River Oaks, a high end area of Houston with many historical features and historical values for the city of Houston. The owner enlisted us to fully coat all levels of the garage as well as install some high performance deck coatings within the drive lanes. This project had many challenges, the main challenge being that this was a full occupied garage with tenants and owners. The phasing was rather challenging and even allowed us to purchase and use some specific traffic control devices throughout the project to provided a safe working environment for the residents and our crew.
