5000 Montrose Pool Underside Repairs

Restocon was brought to the project by ways of an engineering firm Walter P Moore, to review the condition of the parking garage and the normal wear and tear that typical garages go through over the lifetime cycle of a parking garage. There were significant issues with overhead concrete spalls and sealant repairs throughout the five levels of the parking garage. The normal repairs for a garage in this condition would be typical overhead repairs, however due to the age and location of the garage the repairs procedure would be slightly different and would allow us to implement new technology in the repairs process. The project was bid with a 120 day schedule, however our team hit the ground running and was able to complete the project ahead of schedule by 20+ days and under budget. The work and efforts of our team on this project left a good impression in the owners' mind, and through some closeout negotiations the client enlisted us to complete some additional work for us to essentially double the contract value at the end of the completion! Project was started in late July, and even with the additional work it was completed early October this year.
