Restocon was brought to the project by Walter P. Moore to assess and perform the following repairs:

•  Horizontal and Vertical Concrete Structural Repairs due to deteriorating conditions

• Sealant and Waterproofing replacement on double TEE garage to help with longevity and drainage

• Replacement of deteriorated bearing pads

• Structural Corbel Repairs (Double TEE End Supports)

• Epoxy Injection on Stem Flanges and Supports

• Plumbing Repairs and Sealant For Garage Drain Systems

• Traffic Coating Systems around Columns and Supports

• Steel Clean and Coat to prevent further damage and provide longevity
